At Kids in Rainbows, each item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or personal preference.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:

Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

We do not offer free return shipping. Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, no return is required. We will provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you once the issue is confirmed.

Lost orders
If your order is confirmed as lost in transit, we will work with our fulfillment partner to arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect items
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will resolve the issue.

Non-returnable items

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
